My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 73:26 Thank you, God, for strengthening my heart tonight, especially after this teaching day. The dark of night comes quickly here, but good music, twinkle lights and God strengthening my heart brings restoration and peace.
I got a blanket for my hot water heater tonight. I also got a little heater that I set up next to the hot water heater. I hope to have a hot shower soon. I am too tired to actually put the blanket on the hot water heater, but I hope to do it after school tomorrow. The temperature is supposed to be rising, but I have the long view on my hot water heater. I hope it will be nice and cozy in its blanket this winter.
I have no energy to sketch, but I will try something for 10-15 minutes after a hot shower. I am hoping to draw an arm from a Michelangelo painting in order to practice fore-shortening. It is a skill I am rusty at, to say the very least. I think I can learn it. Self-motivation in the dark, cold winter is quite something to wrestle with.
Well, no hot water to shower in tonight. Just like so many people I have met on my travels. Maybe tomorrow. I did sketch a tiny bit. The 365 day challenge continues!
